KBC FP established its High Yield group in January 2003. KBC FP is a broker-dealer in high yield securities and focuses on the secondary market. The group is dedicated to providing the highest quality trade execution and independent credit research to our account base. The High Yield group is currently staffed with 20 professionals, having an aggregate 130 years of direct high yield experience.

Sales & Trading

KBC FP has very strong historical relationships with all of the largest institutional high yield investors, including mutual funds, insurance companies and money managers. The firm also has dedicated coverage of distressed, event driven and arbitrage clients. Our traders are committed to making markets in a broad range of issuer securities, which are not typically covered by our competitors.

Research

KBC FP provides independent, thoughtful research on the secondary market. Our research analysts focus on relative value and insightful analysis, rather than writing "academic" research. The research group includes analysts ranked in the Institutional Investor All-America Fixed Income Research Team.
