When we started in 1993, we were the Financial Products group of D. E. Shaw & Co, LP. Later, in 1999 when we were purchased by KBC Bank NV, our name was changed to KBC Financial Products. Today, we have solid backing from KBC Bank NV, one of the strongest financial institutions in Europe.
Group
KBC group controls assets of over EUR 315 billion and has received strong credit ratings from agencies (Aa3 Moody’s, AA Thomson Bank Watch, AA- Fitch IBCA, A+ S&P).
