History

A brief history

When we started in 1993, we were a market specialist in the sales and trading of convertible securities and equity derivatives.

In 1999, we were purchased by KBC Bank NV and our name was changed to KBC Financial Products.

Today, our product range has expanded to include equities, high yield bonds, fund derivatives, structured credit products and structured insurance products. We continue to have solid backing from KBC Bank NV, and have grown from 180 to approximately 700 employees based in London, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Dubai.
